How can I book an apartment?
Our apartments can be easily booked online via our website or the well-known booking portals. You can also book by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Can I book an apartment for a longer period of time?
If you would like to stay in one of our apartments for longer than 29 days, please contact us by email.

How can I pay?
You can pay online via credit card, instant transfer, Giropay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
What happens after booking?
Immediately after booking you will receive a booking confirmation by email (please also check your SPAM folder). You will then receive a request for Onilne check-in by email and SMS 7 days before arrival, which you can carry out conveniently and easily online. One day before arrival, you will automatically receive the access data and check-in instructions by email and SMS, but only if you have already completed the online check-in.

When can I move into the apartment?
You can move into our apartments from 4 p.m.
Are parking spaces available?
This depends very much on the accommodation. You will receive further information about parking with your access data by email and SMS one day before arrival at 5 p.m.
How does check-in work?
You will receive an email one week before arrival with a link to our online check-in. You can complete this directly online. One day before arrival at 5 p.m. you will receive the access data for the apartment as well as further check-in instructions, but only if you have carried out the online check-in.

Can I have mail or packages sent to my accommodation?
No, unfortunately that is not possible.
Are there barrier-free apartments?
No, unfortunately our apartments are not barrier-free.
Am I allowed to smoke in the apartments?
No. There is an absolute ban on smoking in all apartments. In the apartments, smoking is permitted on the balcony or in front of the door.
Are dogs allowed to stay overnight?
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to stay overnight in our accommodation.
Will my apartment be cleaned?
Our apartments are cleaned after your stay.
